My next venture into the world of fashion is both thrilling and a bit intimidating, as it represents the culmination of my aspirations. Since the inception of my blog, many assumed I would embark on creating my own fashion line, particularly men. I often responded with a promise to start 'soon.' However, life's complexities and my desire to truly explore my fashion preferences necessitated a period of soul-searching. Over the years, I discovered that my true passions lie in production, editorial modeling, and photoshoot styling.

While modeling and fashion lines are secondary interests for me, I've now set my sights on fashion design. It's an exciting yet nerve-wracking prospect, involving the need to assemble a team and address the financial challenges that come with such endeavors. Design, I've come to realize, is an iterative process, a series of trials and errors until perfection is achieved at one's leisure.

In the early days of my blogging journey, fueled by encouragement, I delved into researching T-shirt dresses for my potential fashion line, aligning with my inclination towards streetwear with a touch of girlish charm. However, the reality check came when a vendor quoted over $200 for a sample—a daunting sum at the time, especially considering my lack of experience.

Fast forward eight years, and the knowledge and connections I've gained have equipped me to navigate this path more confidently. While I don't claim to know everything, I believe I can make a start. My challenge now lies in narrowing down my focus. I find myself drawn to outerwear, suits, and two-piece ensembles, with a lingering passion for streetwear. It's a challenging and somewhat intimidating decision-making process.

The saturated market adds another layer of complexity, fueled by the ubiquity of fashion lines and collaborations in the era of social media and influencers. Determining the right price points for my products and ensuring my brand resonates with consumers are constant thoughts occupying my mind. These considerations, along with the nerves, are part of my daily musings as I embark on this journey. I even have people who are willing to make patterns for me. Excitement and nervousness coexist within me, and I appreciate your prayers and support as I navigate this uncharted territory. Let's see where this journey takes me!
